Cathedral Annual Meeting #2

Annual Meeting of Cathedral Congregation (Part 2):

Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Cathedral Congregation will resume on Sunday 22 February at 11.15am in the Darnell Room and via Zoom;

Zoom access details will be advised in the Service Notes on 22 February. 

The Agenda for the meeting is below and will also be advertised on the Cathedral doors and web site (Community page) from mid-February.  

Any matters for consideration as General Business must be notified to the Dean or Wardens in writing by Sunday 15 February 2026.  

The reports from Cathedral groups will be available from Sunday 15 February to enable members of the congregation to read them before the meeting; the reports booklet can be collected from the Cathedral or read online on the Cathedral website Community page.

Meeting Agenda

1. Presentation of Report by the Dean.
2. Presentation of Cathedral Wardens’ Report,
   including Annual Financial Accounts.
3. Reports of other Cathedral Organisations. (including HHO!)
4. Ratification of Elections held on November 2025.
5. General Business.
   Note: Any items for consideration as General Business must be notified to the Dean or Wardens in writing by Sunday 15 February 2026.
6. The reading and confirmation of the minutes of the meeting, unless this is delegated to the Cathedral Council.
7. Close.
